The Savages stunned the rolling Investment Academy 57-38 to kick off Week 3 in the On Point Free Agent League. The Savages did what they needed to do on the defensive end to limit TIA to only 27.2% shooting from the field. Jeff Asiamah led with a game high 17 points. The next game was the game of the night. Hardwood Nemesis came into the game having lost 2 straight by huge margins, but were able to squeeze out a victory in OT over the Titans. Martin Cruz drilled a three pointer in OT to give HWN their first win of the season. Paul Moncrieffe and Nicholas Cruz combined for 38 points in the W. In the 3rd game, Swish Squad got into the win column with a win over Classick. Every single player contributed for Swish with 3 players scoring 12 each. This spoils a massive performance by Michael Knight who finished with 20-10-4. Classick drops their 3rd straight. In the final game of the night, an intense game saw Grind Time rise to victory, winning 74-57. The ball movement was incredible with 17 assists on 26 field goals and plus 50% shooting. Stephen Lopez led with a game high 20 points.
