In week 9, here is what went down:

LINT VS TOBEN (FAVORITE):

With Toben looking to capture the top seed of the division, you damn well know they will be looking to get a win on game day as they take on Lint, who currently sit in the middle of the pack in the Advanced Thursday division. Toben will be the heavy favorite and it may not even be close especially, if Lint attempts to play a 5 man deep roster on game day. Will Lint put an end to Toben's undefeated season? Stay tuned.

SWAT (FAVORITE) VS TBD:

With SWAT coming off the impressive win over Team CZ last week and with TBD hoping to bounce back from their 23 point loss, suffered by the hands of New Regime, all signs suggest SWAT will be the favorite on game day. The positive is that even though TBD sits at 3-3 in the season, they have managed to avoid the bottom of the standings. With that in mind, TBD will likely want to stop the bleeding, so you can expect that they will be ready to go to war on game day. Can TBD get back in the winning column?   

ON POINT 

VS DESTA TRAINING

(FAVORITE):

In a rematch from last week and with both teams well familiar with each other, I will put my money on Desta Training to come out victorious on game day. They have been through to much adversity this season to go ahead and drop another game to On Point. Look out for veterans McNeil and Haile to show up and put their team on their backs. For On Point, the game is very simple "keep grinding and use their IQ" and they will sending Desta Training home with another demoralizing loss to the season.   

With the season looming to a near end, expect to see some standout performances in week 9, as every team will be playing optimal basketball to close out and finish strong on a high note. Good luck to everyone and remember to leave it all on the floor!
