This week we have Superclub's superstar Andrew Motta! Here's the FIVE questions we had for Andrew.

JA: When did you start playing basketball?

AM: I started playing basketball around 6 years with the Mississauga Monarchs

JA: You took the league by storm and everyone wants to know what your basketball background is. Did you play pro or Univ/College ball?

AM: Never had the opportunity to play pro, but I was fortunate enough to get recruited to Sheridan College one of the top ranked basketball colleges in Canada.  During my time there we played for the National Championship, and unfortunately came up short.

JA: Which NBA player do feel you resemble the most on the basketball court? 

AM: Growing up I watched J.J. Redick since his early days at Duke (Go Blue Devils!) I feel he would be the NBA player that I would resemble the most, your going to have to chase him around the court, and if you give enough room to shoot chances are he's going to make you pay.

JA: Who's your current favourite NBA player and why?

AM: Lebron is definitely my current favourite NBA player.  Incredible to see how he controls the game defensively and on offense with or without the ball, not mention all the accolades. 

JA: How did it feel to win the championship this season?

AM: It was an incredible feeling to win the championship this season especially in a competitive league like Megacity. Also gave us a feeling of redemption for last year when we felt we had a shot at it, but came up short in the semi's.  Going through that with those group of guys definitely built up our character, the struggles early in the season and losing Craig whose always been our anchor really challenged us this year.  So to come out on top despite all that was definitely rewarding, glad we could win one for Craig and the Superclub.

JA: Bonus. MJ or LeBron. Who is better?

MA: MJ until Lebron retires, then we can have the conversation again.
