Marlon Hamilton – NBA Comparison: Spencer Dinwiddie/Malcolm Brogdon

Great at finishing around the rim and can do a lot of things well on both ends of the floor. A competitor and former OPFAL champion, who will not back down from a challenge.

Craig Hanson – NBA Comparison: Lebron James, Kevin Love/Paul Milsap

Craig is a former 1st overall pick, MVP and champion of OPFAL. Craig does everything for his teams. He can serve as the team’s primary ball handler as he can score the ball at will, while he is also a willing passer. He is arguable the best rebounder in league history with multiple 20 rebound games to his name. The one knock on Craig is that he sometimes tends to do too much with the ball, which leads to turnovers. The team that drafts him will form their team around him.

D'andre Hospedales – NBA Comparison: Paul George

2-Way player. He has shown that he's capable of taking over a game with his scoring ability. Hospedales just plays the right way and works his butt off and the results of his work ethic is reflection of his game.

Anthony Hypolite – NBA Comparison: Michael Kidd Gilchrest, Ruben Patterson

Anthony is a former OPFAL champion and veteran. He is capable of playing both forward positions and is a rugged defender. Anthony takes the challenge of guarding the opposing teams best scorer and will play tough physical defence. On offense he will mostly score off of free throw line jumpers and drives to the basket.

Justin Jacques – NBA Comparison: Garrett Temple, DeMarre Carroll

Justin has been a staple in the league for a few seasons now. He is an underrated wing player at the shooting guard or small forward. He can shoot the ball from 3-point range and has an ability to attack the close out. He can also serve as a solid defender for his team. Would fit well on a team looking for a well-rounded complementary rotation player.

Steven Javesola – NBA Comparison: Danny Green, CJ Miles

This is Steven’s first season in OPFAL, but he was previously a Megacity regular in the Competitive Tuesday division. Steven is a 3 and D player who relishes on catch and shoot 3s. On defence, Steven can guard multiple positions effectively with his size and strength. He should fit well on a team with solid team defence and willingness to find the open man on offence.

Jeff Krug – NBA Comparison: Ryan Anderson

Jeff is a longtime OPFAL player with solid versatility. Jeff is a unique player, as he has the size of a power forward, but the play style of a shooting guard. Jeff is a knock down 3-point threat off the catch or off the dribble. With his size and speed he is able to guard either forward position. Will fit well on a team that needs a reliable third scorer.

Jeff Landicho – NBA Comparison: Fred Vanvleet, Andre Miller

Always cool, calm and collected. Pass first but can also knock down from long range. MB veteran, who can run the offense and who possesses the most ridiculous floater you’ll ever see.

EJ Mansourian – NBA Comparison: Luke Babbitt, Jimmer Fredette

EJ is another OPFAL veteran. He primarily plays shooting guard and lives up to the position. EJ is looking to get trey balls up any time he has some daylight. He is best served as a catch and shoot or a pick and roll player. Would fit well on a team that needs space for main scorers to operate.

Ryan Michalski – NBA Comparison: Nikola Vucevic, Brook Lopez

Ryan has been a staple in OPFAL for several seasons now, as he is one of the veterans in this league. Ryan is one of the more versatile players in the league as he can play the low post and also stretch the floor from 3pt range. Ryan is one of the few dominant centres and has no problem playing a physical brand of ball. Would serve as a team’s main or secondary option.

Andrew Mitchell – NBA Comparison: Clint Capela, Tyson Chandler

Andrew is back in the league after taking a few seasons off. Andrew is pure centre with great shot blocking ability. In addition to being a great protector he is also a very good rebounder. Offensively, Andrew has shown the occasional ability to score in the post, but he mostly scores off of offensive rebounds and dump off passes. Would fit as a starting centre on a team with a defensive mentality.

Ahsan Mahmood – NBA Comparison: Thad Young, 2016 Manu Ginobili

Ahsan is entering his third season in OPFAL. He is a unique player with his ability to hit mid range jumpers, drive to the rim, and play in the post. He is primarily a small forward, but he can slide down to power forward. On defence he is best suited to guard power forwards. He would fit well on a team looking for a scoring option in the mid-low post.

Lawrence Manalo – NBA Comparison: Matt Bonner

Great energy off the bench. Will give everything he has got and can also knock down the three ball.

Malcolm Morell – NBA Comparison: Lucas Nogueira

Malcolm is a OPFAL vet who plays the centre position. Malcolm is an imposing player on the court as he is often the biggest guy out there. With his size, Malcolm is a tenacious shot blocker in the paint. Fits a team that needs an interior presence on defence.

Dwayne Morrison – NBA Comparison: Richaun Holmes, Steven Adams

Dwayne is another OPFAL veteran who is back after a solid season. Dwayne is a centre who is a tenacious rebounder. Dwayne is a solid shot blocker and works well defensively. On offence he finishes well around the rim and can occasionally stretch the floor to 3-point range. Would fit well on a team looking for a big man who will be relentless on the glass.
