Box Out vs. Grind Time

2 teams stuck at the bottom of the standings hope to pick up a much needed W on Monday. Both rank in the bottom 4 in scoring and both teams have had slow starts to many of their games. Getting off to a quick start could put an end to this game quickly as both teams have had difficulty rallying back from being down. Expect a full out-war between two teams that are not happy where they are in the standings. On paper both should be better. Let’s see who comes out on top.

Rapchaz vs. Unruly

Unruly might be 3-2 but they’ve got to feel confident because they could be 5-0. Their only two losses of the season were by an average of 6 points. The Rapchaz on the other hand are looking for answers especially after a devastating loss last week. They sit tied for last at 1-4 and have lost 4 in a row. Last week should be a learning experience as 3 players fouled out leaving only 3 players on the court in a very winnable game. In order for Rapchaz to have any chance to winning they’ve got to disrupt the smooth flowing offense of Unruly. Unruly is the 2nd best offensive team and leads the league in assists at 13.9 PPG.

Investment Academy vs. Kawhi Not

Kawhi Not will look to notch their 6th W of the season this Monday against the Investment Academy. Kawhi Not hasn’t been playing their best basketball but what they’ve been able to do is close out games even when they’re not playing well. The Investment Academy are feeling good going into this game after winning 2 straight. They’ve found a way to make it work and have everyone contributing on both ends. If there’s any game to watch, I think it’s this one. It should be a great game.

SWISH vs. Bugatti Boys

Team SWISH will look to continue their hot offense against the Bugatti Boys this Monday. SWISH leads the league in total points, total field goals and total free throws. They don’t shoot it at a great percentage but really get after it. What they’re really good at is securing defensive rebounds. They also lead the league by a wide margin in that category. For the Bugatti Boys it’s been an up and down season. Despite their size, they’re tied for dead last in rebounding and are dead last in assists at 5.2 per game. It’s not too late for Bugatti to move around that ball a bit more. A key match-up will between Emeron Rodgers (2nd in PPG) and Jevon Jacobs (1st in PPG).
