Week 3 Kicks off with Regeneration X taking on Kings @ 8:00:

Regeneration X is hungry for a victory. In their last 2 losses they’ve shown that they are not scared to take it to the basket and they are difficult to stop in the open court. If Regeneration X can stay aggressive the entire game, get to the line and possibly get Kings into foul trouble they will have a shot at the upset.

Kings are on a roll, they put together two very great offensive games and are looking to go 3 in a row. With the firepower they possess, Kings are always a tough matchup for any team and are exciting to watch. Although they don’t do it often, turnovers will be the deciding factor in this game.

The second game of the evening sees Bel-Air vs Hong Shing @ 9:00:

Bel-Air had a tough game last week but are looking to bounce back in week 3. This group of guys can play and chemistry is getting better from previous seasons. They play with so much passion and desire to win that on the court, they are impossible to ignore. Team defense and ball movement will be the key to the game for Bel-Air.

The returning champions, Hong Shing, will be ready for another week of battle. Guys are stepping up when they need to and filling in for others. Hong Shing has looked sharp early in the season and will be gunning for a 4th straight chip. Team chemistry is always a fundamental block for this team as these guys move as a unit on the floor

To end the night, District 6 will be taking on The Vets @ 10:00:

The Vets have had a rough start to the season as they faced two of the favored teams who are a shoe in for a deep playoff run. In those games we have seen flashes of greatness along with smart basketball decision but still not enough to get a W. They do have the size advantage on their opponents this week so look for them to score in the paint and control the glass for second and third chances.

District 6 is a solid team on paper. They’re a young, talented and explosive on offense compared to the other 5 teams on Tuesdays. However, this weeks match up will be a challenge as their opponents bring experience and a high basketball IQ. District 6 must use speed to push the pace and avoid getting caught in a half court game.
